TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sessions, dates, and engagements with Teal Revel in Luxembourg.

Booking Confirmation

  1. All sessions must be booked in advance via the booking form.

  2. A session is not confirmed until the a deposit has been secured.

  3. The session will commence when the balance has been paid.

Deposits

  1. A deposit of the agreed amount is required to secure any booking.

  2. Deposits are due at the time of consultation or booking confirmation, before the session date.

  3. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable except in circumstances determined at the sole discretion of Teal Revel.

Fees Covered by the Client

  1. The client is responsible for the full session fee and any venue hire agreed at the time of booking. This can be paid in EUR or GBP.

  2. Outcall: I session from My incall, however if prefers an outcall, they are responsible for securing and covering the cost of a suitable, discreet session space. If preferred, I can arrange this. Note this on the booking form and add the associated venue fee to the deposit.

  3. Additional services or activities requested during the session will incur extra charges, agreed before commencement. Please bring cash.


Cancellation Policy

  1. If the client cancels, the deposit will not be refunded.

  2. Cancellations more than 48 hours before the session: the client may reschedule within 60 days of the original date.

  3. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session: the client is liable for the full session fee.

  4. In the rare event that I must cancel: the client may request a full refund or reschedule within 60 days.

Rescheduling

  1. Rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice, and will require a new deposit

  2. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 60 days of the original date.

Late Arrivals

  1. Sessions begin at the scheduled time, and late arrivals will result in a shorter session.

  2. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in session forfeiture. The full session fee remains due.

Session Conduct

  1. All sessions are conducted within the boundaries of consensual BDSM practice.

  2. All limits and boundaries are discussed and confirmed by both parties before the session begins.

  3. A safe word is established before the session. Its use immediately ceases all activity.

  4. The client agrees to respect the professional limits and boundaries set by Teal Revel.

Health & Safety

  1. The client agrees to disclose any health issues or physical conditions relevant to the session.

  2. Teal Revel reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session where behaviour is unsafe, disrespectful, or contrary to agreed terms.

  3. No additional guests without prior written agreement.

Liability

  1. The client acknowledges that BDSM activities carry inherent risk and assumes full personal responsibility for any injury sustained during the session.

  2. Teal Revel is not liable for any consequences arising from the client's participation.

Discretion & Confidentiality

  1. Both/ all parties agree to maintain full confidentiality regarding personal information disclosed during the engagement.

  2. Photography and recording of any kind are strictly prohibited unless agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.

Amendments

Teal Revel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of changes before any upcoming session.

By submitting a deposit and booking a session, the client confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
