What is the booking process?

  1. Submit a booking form with your request. Replies can take up to 72 hours.

  2. You will be contacted by email — and by phone if needed — to confirm the date and receive a payment link. Ensure your contact details are correct.

  3. Once your deposit is received, your session is confirmed. A questionnaire may follow. A virtual consultation is available if you have specific requirements to discuss in advance.

I visit Luxembourg on a scheduled basis. Dates are announced in advance. If you are enquiring outside of a scheduled visit, note your preferred timeframe on the form and I will be in touch when dates are confirmed.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible. Luxembourg visits are scheduled and have a fixed window — availability is limited. Last-minute requests are accommodated at my discretion and are not guaranteed.

I am ready to book. What do I need?

  1. Preferred dates, session length, and any flexibility around timing

  2. Your kinks, fetishes, and both soft and hard limits

  3. Time to submit the booking form properly

  4. A payment method to secure the booking with a deposit

How much does a session cost?

Rates are listed on the Rates page in EUR. Some services require a consultation before a rate is confirmed - this will be noted in my initial reply.
All rates are stated clearly before any deposit is requested.

I only want an hour. Is that possible?

It is possible, with caveats.

  1. Play time is reduced. Introductions, limits, check-ins, and aftercare are not optional - they come out of the hour.

  2. Full payment is required at the time of booking rather than a partial deposit.

  3. Recommendation: A 90-minute initial session. We can discuss shorter formats once we have worked together.

Can I book 90 minutes rather than 2 hours?

Yes - please mention this on your booking form.

I had a poor experience with another Dominatrix. Should I still reach out?

Yes. Mention it on your form. A social meeting - coffee, drinks - can be arranged before any in-person session, if that would help you assess compatibility and readiness. There is no obligation to proceed beyond that.

How do deposits work?

A deposit is required to confirm any session. An undeposited session is an unconfirmed session. The deposit covers accommodation and travel costs associated with the visit. The remaining balance is due at the time of the session. Refer to the Payment Policy for a full breakdown.

What payment methods are accepted?

Bank transfer, card payment, and cash. The method will be confirmed during the booking process.

How do I send a tribute?

Visit the 'All My Links' page to send a gift or tribute. Tipfunder is also available for direct tributes. A tribute is an expression of respect and appreciation - all are received with the same regard, regardless of size.

I need to cancel. What is the policy?

  1. Deposits are non-refundable.

  2. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session may be rescheduled within 60 days of the original date.

  3. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session result in liability for the full session fee.

  4. In the rare event that I must cancel, a full refund or reschedule within 60 days of the original date is available at your request.

If I have arranged a hotel on your behalf, the venue's own cancellation terms apply and may override the above. You are responsible for any associated venue cost regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Are you discreet?

Yes. Both/ all parties maintain confidentiality as a condition of engagement. Recording of any kind is prohibited unless agreed in advance and in writing.

Payment Terms
Payments can be made in EUR and GBP. The method of payment is agreed upon during the booking process. No session is confirmed until a deposit has been received.

Online Sessions
Full payment (100%) is required before the session begins.

In-Person Sessions | Social Dates
A minimum deposit of 40% is required to secure a booking. This deposit covers travel and accommodation costs associated with the Luxembourg visit. The remaining balance is due before the session begins, in cash or by prior arrangement.

If I am arranging the session space on your behalf, the associated venue cost must be added to your deposit. A quote will be provided at the consultation or booking confirmation stage.

Cancellation & No-Shows

  1. Deposits are non-refundable. They may be transferable in certain circumstances, at my discretion.

  2. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session: the balance may be transferred to a new appointment within 60 days of the original date.

  3. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session: the deposit is forfeited and non-transferable. The client is liable for the full session fee.

  4. No-shows (no communication) will result in being blocked from future bookings. An unblock fee, determined at my discretion, may be applied.

  5. In the rare event that I must cancel: a full refund or reschedule within 60 days of the original date is available at your request.
